Meet the founder
I've spent my career inside construction operations — deep in Procore, deep in the day-to-day of how residential homebuilders and general contractors actually run projects. I've seen the same pattern over and over: good crews, real revenue, and an operational layer held together by one overloaded person's memory instead of systems that scale.
GROUNDWORX Ops exists to fix that — not with a generic playbook, but with the same hands-on approach I've used running construction operations directly: get into the tool, get into the process, fix what's actually broken, and hand you something your team can run without me.
I built this because I kept seeing GCs and subs pay for great software and still run ops off spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. That gap is exactly what this practice closes.
